Update to the environment (Again...)

About a day or so ago, I updated the environment/map I've been messing with.

Updates:

  • Completely re-textured the terrain
  • Removed the lens flares from the lights on the pillars
  • Replaced all vegetation except the trees

Credits go to "the_grim" on the CryEngine Community forums for the grass vegetation.
You can also get his vegetation pack from here: Grim Designs Grass

Updates to the environment

After a few more little additions tweaking stuff, this is what I got: (Fog is off and meant to be on probably for a final addition.)

4K Screenies! :D

Here are 4K screenshots... Sadly upon uploading them here, their quality and size was killed.
Still gorgeous though! ;)

Update: Replaced with true 4K pictures uploaded onto Imgur.

Environment rebuilt

I decided to rebuild my experimental environment with a custom terrain of a island of multiple small islands as well made all objects to emit light to the environment as destroyable light entities. I also experimented populating my terrain with a short road, vegetation, and some small particle entities.

In time, I will continue in working on my environment and experimenting.

My recent work

So, today I went experimenting and creating more random assets for a current scene I have recently made for environmental testing and practice.

Here's what I have at the moment.
